Subora Account Deletion Request
This page explains how Subora users can request deletion of their app account and associated app data.
Request Account Deletion
If you cannot access the Subora app, send an account deletion request to Oak Water Software FZCO at support@oakwater.io.
Please include the email address used for your Subora account. We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account before completing the deletion.
Email Deletion RequestYou do not need to reinstall the app to submit a deletion request.
Delete From Inside The App
If you can still access Subora, you can request deletion in the app:
- Open Subora.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Manage account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your account email address.
Data Deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, Subora deletes the app account and associated user data from our active systems, including account records, business settings, subscriber and customer records, notification settings, uploaded files, and Firebase Authentication access for that account.
Data We May Retain
Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, backup, dispute-resolution, or business reasons. Retained information is kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Subora account does not automatically cancel any active subscription managed by Google Play or Apple. You should also cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it.
